About Heather

Hi, I'm Heather Lyon,
Principal at Supersensitive Children

Supersensitive and highly intuitive, I have a passion for living life to the full and feel inspired to help others do the same. I started the Highly Sensitive Children's program to support parents and teachers with the education, resources, tools and insights to ensure sensitive children thrive.

Heather has recently released this simple and easy to read book. It will help identify highly sensitive children, support them to have a happy educational experience, make friends, and manage their anxieties when the world overwhelms them.

What others are saying

Dianna

“My eight year old daughter was often angry with me after her father died. She was concerned that I would re partner and forget her dad. Heather's calm and supportive manner and the art play helped Sarah to express what she needed.
Our relationship is now amazing."

Sally

“Using crystals, drawing, and clay, Heather was able to engage and support our four year old son
Bradley through his anxiety about attending kindergarten. He is now confident to attend without me,
and has made a special friend.

Holly

“We attended a Mothers and daughters group and it changed the way we talk with each other. It taught me to really listen to my daughter. Overall our families communication has improved and we are much more supportive
of each other.”
